1. Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of ourschool.bd, which is developed and maintained by ASM Softwares ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ourschool.bd.

2. Who can use ourschool.bd

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of ourschool.bd.
• You must not use ourschool.bd if we have previously suspended or removed your account.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and use your own mobile number. You may have only one account.
• Keep your password secret and never share your OTP with anyone. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Tell us immediately at support@ourschool.bd if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• Your account is personal. You may not sell, transfer or lend it to someone else.

4. Free service

ourschool.bd is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will show you the price and any additional terms clearly before you pay, and you will never be charged without your agreement.

5. Exams, scores and leaderboards

Our exams and leaderboards only work if everyone plays fair. You agree not to:

• use more than one account, or let someone else take an exam for you;
• share questions or answers while a live exam is running;
• use bots, scripts or other automated tools to take exams or collect answers;
• try to manipulate scores, rankings or results in any way.

We may remove results, reset rankings or suspend accounts involved in cheating. Scores and ranks on ourschool.bd are for practice and self-assessment only. They are not official results and do not guarantee any result in a real exam.

6. Content you post

You own the posts, comments and images you share on ourschool.bd. By posting them, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and distribute that content on ourschool.bd and in sharing previews, for as long as it remains on the platform.

You are responsible for what you post. Only post content you have the right to share. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms or the law, without notice.

7. Acceptable use

When using ourschool.bd, you must not:

• harass, bully, threaten or insult other users;
• post content that is hateful, sexual, violent, misleading or illegal, or that hurts religious or communal harmony;
• share other people's personal information without their permission;
• post spam, advertisements or scams;
• pretend to be someone else, including ourschool.bd staff;
• upload viruses or attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the website;
• copy, scrape or download our questions or content in bulk;
• break any law of Bangladesh.

8. Our content

The ourschool.bd name and logo, the website design, and our collections, arrangement and explanations of questions belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, republish, sell or build a competing service from them without our written permission.

9. Accuracy of learning material

We work hard to make questions, answers and explanations correct, but mistakes can happen. If you find an error, please tell us at support@ourschool.bd. Always check official syllabuses, textbooks and notices from your board or exam authority.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove your account, or limit what you can do, if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other users or the platform. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

You can stop using ourschool.bd at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer

ourschool.bd is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or secure, and we may change or stop any feature at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of ourschool.bd, including exam results, loss of data or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@ourschool.bd so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it informally, the courts of Khulna, Bangladesh will have jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we will notify you on the website or by SMS before they take effect. If you keep using ourschool.bd after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
